Career Skills Institute is funded by the Youth Workforce Investment Act (WIA) from the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development Division of Business Partnerships.  We serve youth in the Central Kenai Peninsula area, ages 14 - 21 years old, both in school and out of school.  There are eligibility requirements to qualify as a participant in this grant.
